Can I upgrade flooring before I move in?

Usually yes — most developers will give you access for fitting in the last 2 weeks before completion if you coordinate with the site manager. We're experienced at doing this without invalidating warranties.

Will hard floor work over the underfloor heating?

Engineered oak (with the right adhesive/underlay) and click LVT are both UFH-safe. Solid wood and standard laminate are not — we'll talk you through it on the survey.

Do you do snagging-list flooring touch-ups?

Yes — replacement boards, edge re-trims and threshold rework as part of snagging is something we do regularly on new builds.
