Can you run one floor through both spaces?

Yes — as long as the subfloor is within tolerance for the material. Engineered oak needs about ±3mm over 2m; SPC is slightly more forgiving.

Zoning carpet-to-oak — how does the join work?

A colour-matched aluminium or oak threshold sits at the pinch-point (usually where the wall used to be). We'll cut a mock-up on the survey.

Do you handle level differences?

Yes — self-levelling compound or a plywood overlay, whichever is right for the subfloor. Costed on the survey with photos, not guessed later.
