Solid oak flooring fitters — Touch
Solid oak in Touch is the floor you only buy once. Best laid over a stable timber subfloor (typically suspended joists in 1950s–60s post-war homes), secret-nailed and finished with a brushed, raw or pre-oiled top. We don't recommend it over UFH — engineered oak does that job better.
